First sergeant course helps prepare senior NCOs for future duties
First sergeants were given the opportunity to talk with other Soldiers in different operational sections in the brigade and take a more in-depth look at the responsibilities they will have once becoming first sergeants.
Our Soldiers are skilled, professional warriors who live our Army Values, embody the Warrior Ethos and define the American patriot. I am honored to serve alongside these great heroes.
