USACE, Army divers team up for solutions at Kajaki, Dahla dams in Afghanistan
The Kajaki and Dahla dams in southern Afghanistan have not had their underwater structures inspected or repaired for several years, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is working to remedy the neglect.
