Mosque opening symbolizes hope, partnership in Kandahar

Residents of Arghandab district, Kandahar province came together in celebration, yesterday, as villagers and International Security Assistance Forces participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new mosque in Tarok Kolache.
