Like the unpredictable and sometimes perilous roads of eastern Afghanistan, Pvt. Peter Beullens, a truck driver assigned to Forward Support Company G, 2nd Battalion, 320th Field Artillery Regiment, Task Force Balls, leads a life that sometimes doesn't always take the smoothest route.
