Recently the public library of downtown Dallas, TX, posted placards announcing the next public holiday, which is Labor Day. Only the placards don't just say "Labor Day," they say "Labor Day/Cesar Chavez Day"! Later, it was learned that the Dallas City Council had VOTED to MERGE the two holidays! Shouldn't OUR Labor Day remain an AMERICAN holiday?! If you agree, pleaser contact the Mayor and the Dallas City Council and let them know!
