Illegal kidnaps family and heads to Mexico

Lt. Jim Anglemier says 37-year-old Ricardo Toro Nunez kidnapped his ex-wife, two daughters and 1-year-old grandson Wednesday and talked about taking them to Mexico.

He says Nunez, who was last known to live in Visalia, Calif., was arrested Friday night at a motel near Bakersfield, Calif., after his daughters flagged down a sheriff's deputy.
